<p>In the daily life of most Chinese consumers, the consumption of liquor and <a href="https://www.cri-report.com/beer-market-in-india-2021/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="615" title="Beer Market in India 2021" target="_blank" rel="noopener">beer</a> accounts for most of the alcoholic beverages, and Chinese wine market still remains immature. However, with the rising resident income and the enhancement of life tastes and consumption level, wine has the increasingly large development space. In 2015, the wine consumption per capita was about 1.2 liters accounting for less than 1/3 of the global as well as 1/10 of the U.S. Therefore, there are great development potentials.</p>
<p>From 2011 to 2012, the output volume of wine in China was fast-growing, and CAGR of output volume was as high as 17%. The output volume reached the maximum of 1.38 billion liters in 2012. From the end of 2012 on, the output volume of domestic wine suffered from the decline because of the impact from the imported wine and the upgrading of domestic consumption structure. In 2015, the output volume of China wine industry reached 1.14 billion liters with a decline of 0.35% YOY. According to Free Trade Agreement between China and Chile, China imposes zero tariffs on Chilean wines, only the 10% consumption tax from Jan. 1, 2015. On Jun. 17, 2015, China signed the free trade agreement with Australia, which meant that Australian wine would enjoy zero tariffs in 2019. Zero tariff policy directly stimulates the increase of imported wine. In 2015, China imported 5.54 liters&#8217; wine with an increase of 44% YOY; value of import reached USD 20.32 with an increase of 34% YOY. Quite a lot is raw wine, which is sold in small packages with the split charging of domestic enterprises.</p>
<p>With the improvement of Chinese residents&#8217; living standard and the upgrading of consumption concept, there is a bright prospect in Chinese wine consumption market. Cooperating with foreign famous wine brands, domestic wine enterprises engage in the purchase of foreign wineries. Other enterprises or individuals commence with investment in foreign wineries so as to seize the huge business opportunities.</p>
<p>According to the research of CRI, leading enterprises included Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine Co., Ltd., China Foods Limited, Grand Dragon Wine Co., Ltd., CITIC Guoan Wine Co., Ltd. and Tonghua Winery Co., Ltd. in 2015. CR5 of 2015 was less than 20%, and the market competition was very fierce. Based on the evaluation of CRI, CAGR of sales value in Chinese wine market will exceed 10% from 2016 to 2020. <p>Real estate development industry includes the development of residential property, commercial real estate, industrial real estate and tourism real estate. The typical products of residential property development consist of common residence, villa, service apartment, which are featured by short development cycle but relatively large risks. It is mainly influenced by the quantity and structure of the population, income, living conditions and requirements, position, auxiliary facilities, etc.</p>
<p>As a special commodity, residential property possesses both use value and investment value. Therefore, clients can be divided into living oriented type and investment oriented type from the demand aspect. In 2015, the sales value of the residential property reached CNY 7,275.3 billion in China with an increase of 16.6% YOY.</p>
<p>In China, the government possesses the ownership of all land, so the land resources show the scarcity. The government sets strict restrictions on the use of land. Only the residential real estate development enterprises with certificates for the right to the use of land, permits for the planning of construction projects and construction permits can implement the advance sales of commercial houses without optional change. Thus, the land resource barriers are very high.</p>
<p>With the slowdown development of China&#8217;s macro economy, the main target of policies is to support the structure optimization and destocking of residential property development industry. Chinese government continuously loosened the monetary policy to stimulate the demand for real estate and promote the development of residential property development industry. Chinese government takes active measures to reduce the cyclical fluctuation in residential property development industry and support the optimization of industrial structure and destocking of residence. People&#8217;s Bank of China cut the interest rate five times and reduced the deposit reserve rate four times in 2015 alone. Repeated decline of interest rate reduced the purchase cost, which promoted the development of residential property development industry.</p>
<p>With the current further differentiation of real estate enterprises, the trend of survival of the fittest becomes more obvious in the period of the overall slow growth rate. China residential property development industry shifted from the stage of high speed growth to the mature stage. The cost of land and capital kept rising. Under the constant downward pressure of operation profits, mergers and acquisitions continued to usher in the climax.</p>

<p>Coke is a kind of important industrial raw materials whose quantity demanded is closely related to the economic situation. The demand for coke rises with the development of economy, which enhances the p<a href="https://www.cri-report.com/vietnams-rice-industry-2016-2030/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="1966" title="Research Report on Vietnam&#039;s Rice Industry 2016-2030" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rice</a> of coke and vice versa. In 2015, China&#8217;s GDP experienced a slow increase with the growth of 6.9% YOY. With the proceeding of economic structural adjustment in China, coke industry will be faced with huge challenges. In 2015, the construction industry was closely related to the <a href="" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="640" title="Research Report on Vietnam Steel Industry 2021-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">steel</a> industry, of which the contribution to China&#8217;s GDP fell from 0.71% to 0.42%. The main reasons were as follows. The generally high inventory of the real estate industry resulted in the decline of the operating rate. Moreover, it was difficult for the favorable conditions provided by the infrastructure to play a significant role in supporting the market.</p>
<p>In 2015, the output volume of coke in China was 447.78 million tons with an increase of over 6% YOY. In terms of the consumption structure, 85% of the coke serves for the production of iron &amp; <a href="" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="640" title="Research Report on Vietnam Steel Industry 2021-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">steel</a> industry. In terms of the distribution of the output volume of coke in China, the regional distribution of coke enterprises is unbalanced. The production of coke mainly focuses on North China and Northwest China with rich coking coal resources. Shanxi Province with the largest coke output volume constantly accounts for 20% of the national one.</p>
<p>The demand for coke mainly comes from the production of iron &amp; <a href="" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="640" title="Research Report on Vietnam Steel Industry 2021-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">steel</a> industry. Therefore, the consumption regions of coke mainly focus on the provinces with concentrated iron &amp; steel enterprises. The production capacity of pig iron in North China, Eastern China and their surrounding areas accounts for 64% of the national one. Their consumption of coke accounts for 66% of the national one, and Hebei Province consumes the largest quantity of coke in China. With the steady development of iron &amp; steel industry, the demand for coke correspondingly increased at a high speed from 2011 to 2013. The demand for coke increased from 336.87 million tons in 2010 to 458,518,700 tons in 2013 with an increase of 36.11% YOY. The slump of the real estate market led to the decline of the output volume and demand volume of coke in 2014 and 2015. The decline of new real estate projects resulted in that of demand for iron &amp; steel. The growth rate of production volume of iron &amp; steel reached 4.08% in 2014 which was nearly half of 9.86% in 2013. The output volume of iron &amp; steel declined in 2015, which led to the decline of output and sales volume of coke.</p>
<p>Under the policies concerning de-capacity issued by Chinese government, some small and medium-sized coke enterprises are forced to merge or shut down. In terms of production capacity, Kailuan Energy <a href="https://www.cri-report.com/southeast-asia-chemical-industry/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="2195" title="Research Report on Southeast Asia Chemical Industry 2023-2032" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chemical</a> Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises, of which the production capacity reaches 8 million tons. However, the production capacity of other small-sized enterprises is usually less than 1 million tons.</p>
<p>The coke exported by China reached 9,856,000 tons in 2015, increasing by 15.1% YOY. The relatively cheap Chinese coke is competitive in international coke market. In addition, the overcapacity of Chinese coke led to fierce competition in domestic market. Therefore, many coke manufacturers managed to sell abroad.</p>
