When you place an order with CRI, we endeavor to deliver the product as soon as possible. Electronic delivery is always the fastest option; the majority of electronic information products are dispatched within 24 hours (working days). Hardcopy products are generally dispatched from Shanghai, China, and delivery to some areas may be delayed through local carriers, and local customs. Where possible we encourage clients to order products electronically.
